I'm so incredibly grateful for Sarah introducing me to soma yoga. Her level of knowledge, attention to detail, and patience were unparalleled. She was an amazing teacher without egos and passed along her teaching in such a beautiful way.

 Sarah showed me how to "talk" to and reeducate my muscles so they aren't perpetually contracted. I sleep better and when my back starts feeling pinched I know what I can do to alleviate that. I use several of the techniques Sarah taught me as warm-up exercises before yoga (spinal strips are heavenly). She's kind, patient, knowledgeable, clear and understandable, and funny.
